Welcome to One Yoga, located in the historic Veterans Memorial Building at the top of the Pacific Garden Mall in downtown Santa Cruz. We offer 40 weekly classes and regular workshops for students of all levels taught by a staff of 14 highly trained instructors. Our schedule of yoga and energetic/relaxation practices includes Vinyasa Flow, Anusara, Hatha, Kundalini, Restorative, Feldenkrais, Qigong and Meditation. Affordable class rates and series discounts insure that everyone who wishes to can particpate. Enjoy practicing in our beautiful wood floor studios in a warm and supportive environment.

The Veterans Memorial Building was closed on January 21, 2010 due to safety concerns of the building's auditorium structural supports. Therefore, all classes are cancelled until further notice.
