The Yoga Den was established in 2000 and was the first yoga studio in the Corona/Norco area to offer yoga classes for students of all levels. The Yoga Den Health Spa has an accommodating schedule to choose from and various workshops and retreats throughout the year. We sell high quality clothing brands, including yoga merchandise. We carry Zhoba and Lululemon clothing, MandukaTM yoga mats, blankets, blocks, straps, and CDs of various artists are also available.

Nithya Dhyaan is a 35 min. meditation designed by Paramahamsa Nithyananda to unclutch from the mind and move beyond it. As taught to Leeza by her teacher Saul David Raye.

France Robert is a fabulous trainer that has people from all over the country come to her to be taught. She trained Leeza's good friend Ninaya
that also taught and trained Leeza the cleansing retreats that she does til this day. Ninaya is so good at what she does she worked for Tony Robins as the head colon therapist on his private retreat Island in FIJI.
