Nutrition is very important in the fast-paced society in which we live.
With all the processed foods and fast foods readily available, it is important
to step back and assess quality foods to enhance one's performance.
WHAT IS A NUTRITIONIST ? A nutritionist plans food and nutrition programs and helps to prevent and to
treat illnesses by promoting healthy eating habits and suggesting dietary modifications.
There are a vast amount of books teaching how to eat healthy, either for prevention or
for a specific disease or syndrome. Not all of these books are beneficial for each individual.
At Eat Complete!, a nutritionist works on a one-to-one basis
with clients to assess their needs and to meet their dietary needs.
The philosophy of Eat Complete! is to eat natural, healthy, yet tasty foods, to feel one's best, to maximize one's health and longevity, and, when necessary, to eat specialized foods, supplements, and herbs to allow one's body to heal itself.
At Eat Complete! we work with clients to help them achieve their personal health goals. Some have medical conditions that require a carefully designed diet, with restrictions such as low fat, low sodium, low sugar, allergies or gluten-free. Others are seeking to lose weight and wish to do so carefully and healthfully, establishing new permanent eating patterns. Many are looking to learn how to find a balanced, healthy diet that they can follow long term.
