The Nancy Doize' School of Dance has just received the honor of being nominated for best Dance Studio in San Francisco County for 2009. The KRON TV crew just finished taping our segment which will be aired soon! We were also honored in Dancer Magazine's Year in Review 2008 as one of the top studios in America. We sure love what we do and are thrilled to receive this wonderful recognition.

Welcome to our studio! Conveniently located at 3001 Ross Avenue in San Jose, CA, The Nancy Doize' School of Dance has been serving the community with a first rate dance program for over 20 years. We offer classes in ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, tap and modern. The studio has three separate beautiful rooms with hardwood floors full of teachers passionate about all disciplines of dance. We offer an amazing recreational dance program as well as a cutting edge Performance and Competitive Dance Program for the dancer ready to take it to the next level. The studio has a Competition and Performance Team appropriately titled the Doize Dream Team. The Doize Dream Team (DDT) is holding auditions for the 2010/2011 Team. The Doize Dream Team is a jazz, tap, hip hop and lyrical dance team that performs and competes all over the Bay Area. We are looking for talented males and females ages 10 years and older to dance and also serve as ambassadors to the dance community, representing the Doize Dream team both on and off the dance floor.

The auditions are set for Friday, August 27, 2010 from 4-7 p.m. at the Nancy Doize School of Dance. The DDT performs and competes at many events during the year including: San Jose Holiday Parade, SJSU Men's Basketball Half-time Show, Great America, Pulse Convention, Rainbow Competition, Celebrity Competition, KAR and California State Talent Competition to name a few.

The Doize' Dream Team recently perfromed on live TV at the San Jose Holiday Parade on December 6, 2009. Our dancers were featured in two stop numbers and both dances were televised on KRON4, NBC11 and PBS. The Doize' Dream Team Members have also been the official banner carriers of the parade for the past 15 years.
