As a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in the treatment of children and adolescents exhibiting emotional and, or behavioral difficulties, I strive to help families achieve more satisfying, productive, and preferred ways of living.

In addition to child and adolescent behavioral therapy, Ioffer psychotherapeutic counseling to individuals, couples, and families using a combination of narrative, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and emotionally focused therapies. I am especially passionate about working with couples in repairing their relationship and creating safe, strong attachment bonds. I believe that therapy begins with a respectful and collaborative environment in which clients are empowered as the experts of their own lived experiences. My primary goal is to assist clients in identifying solutions that are consistent with their personal values and lifestyle. I strive to provide clients with the opportunity to share their unique experiences, to break free from restrictive interactive patterns, and to create new meanings, new realities, and new preferred ways of relating.
Overcoming lifes challenges can be difficult and overwhelming, and there are times when additional support is necessary to ensure success at effectively navigating the obstacles that prevent us from living the life we desire. Therapy offers a safe space to explore needs, fears, and desires as well as to gain new perspectives. The thought of moving out of ones comfort zone can often create feelings of fear, discomfort, and anxiety. However, reaching out for guidance is a sign of tremendous courage and strength to deal with lifes many changes.
