I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in San Mateo, California and I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are looking to improve the intimacy in their personal relationships.

There are times in peoples lives that are difficult and painful. These periods of life can be trying but can also provide tremendous opportunities for personal growth.

My therapy practice offers a safe and trusting environment for this growth where individuals and couples are able to explore their feelings in search for more fulfilling lives and relationships.

Relationships occur in all parts of our lives, with our families, our friends/business associates, and even our own selves. My specialty is helping individuals and couples in optimizing these relationships. Trust, commitment, intimacy, and sexuality are common areas of focus in my practice.
