Welcome to The Center Studio
The premiere Pilates Studio and training facility in San Francisco, The Center Studio was founded in 2002 to provide a serene, supportive environment where adults of all fitness abilities and goals are welcome.
At The Center Studio we provide hands-on training in the Pilates Method for people who want to take advantage of a more intelligent exercise system. The Pilates Method focuses on the body’s core, bringing the body into balance and promoting efficiency in movement. As certified Instructors in the Pilates Method, we can mold the system to meet the needs of anyone who comes into the program.
Located in San Francisco
The Center Studio is located at the corner of 16th and Sanchez streets in San Francisco's Castro district. Numerous bus and train lines converge in this centrally located neighborhood, and street parking is available throughout the area. [read more]

Mat Class Schedule
A mat class is a great way to get additional Pilates sessions into your routine and a bargain rate. At The Center Studio we promise to keep the classes small so you will still get the individual attention you need for an effective workout.
