Reflections is a boutique and consultation suite designed to help individuals manage the physical appearance changes brought about by cancer and its treatment. In a safe environment, skilled and compassionate staff provide information and assistance with personal appearance concerns. Reflections staff are sensitive to patients' feelings about changes in body image and hair loss and know how to address these changes.
Reflections is a non-profit organization, part of the Simms/Mann UCLA Center for Integrative Oncology, which provides a range of services oriented toward optimizing wellness after a cancer diagnosis.The Center also provides many free psychosocial services to patients with cancer. All proceeds from sales at Reflections support the operations of Reflections and the free services provided at the Simms/Mann UCLA Center for Integrative Oncology.
Reflections offers the following types of products:
Breast prostheses, mastectomy bras, post surgical bras and camisoles
Hair alternatives - wigs, scarves, hats, face framers, turbans, sleep caps, etc.
Nutraceuticals high quality vitamins, herbs and supplements selected by our integrative medicine physician
Many items such as breast prostheses, bras and lymphedema garments are reimbursable and provided for on a regular basis by insurance companies. We are preferred providers for many insurance and medical groups including Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Kaiser-Permanente and UC Medical Group. We are also a Medicare provider.
Selected items are presented on the web and can be purchased by phone and shipped.

Note: Reflections is open until 6:00 PM one Tuesday each month on the night of the "Insights Into Cancer" Lecture Series presentation. Reflections is closed for University holidays and on some days for administrative purposes. Please call to verify that we are open. You may schedule an appointment or just drop in to see us.
