Known for its clarity and spiritual focus, Integral Yoga offers a traditional and balanced approach to the ancient teachings of Yoga. The Integral Yoga Institute offers daily drop-in Hatha Yoga classes which include asana - postures, guided relaxation, pranayama breathing practices, and meditation.
The Institutes beginning-level classes are where countless people started their yoga practice. We offer a range of classes appropriate for every level from gentle to advanced.
We also offer Workshops and Special Events focusing on many specific aspects of Yoga including stress-reduction, philosophy, health, and spiritual growth.
For people interested in deepening their meditation practice, we offer free group meditations six days a week.

The Integral Yoga Institute exists because of giving, Karma Yoga. The service of our teachers who donate their time and energy help to create a special atmosphere of love and dedication. During this evening of chanting we shall share the Gayatri Maha Mantra which leads to union with Divine Consciousness.

This workshop involves Hatha Yoga poses and extended conscious laughter followed by a silent meditation. Dress for Hatha Yoga, bring towel, and expect to have a wonderful, fun time.
