Mother Nurture’s foods are offered in 3 stages, according to the nutritional requirements of your child as he or she grows. Their clean-label baby foods list out all ingredients and nutritional additives, ensuring new mothers aren’t conflicted about giving their babies the right nutrition.

Stage 1 includes purees made from single fruits and vegetables like apple, banana and mango – perfect for those just starting solids! Stage 2 offers blends of fruits & veggies like apple and banana, and mixed berries. These have slightly thicker textures than stage 1 but still contain no added salt. Finally, stage 3 consists of savory dishes such as dal khichdi which is loaded with protein from lentils.

Mother Nurture maintains full ingredient transparency, listing out all the pure and fresh fruits and vegetables used in their clean-label baby foods. Also, all of Mother Nurture’s stage 1 foods, which are fruit-based, don’t contain any added salt.  This ensures that your little one gets only natural sweetness without any additional sugar or sweeteners added in – a fantastic way to introduce flavors while keeping it healthy!
