v Avoid carbonated drinks. Carbonated drinks dries off your throat and which tightens your vocal cord. This might lead to cause irritation while you sing, so it is better to avoid such drinks. Instead, you can drink warm water adding lemon and honey this will open your vocal cords.
v Early to bed and early to rise. I know being a Night Owl is cool but trust me, this will affect your voice slowly. If you do not sleep properly, you will face breathing problems and this is harmful for your voice. So please sleep on time and wake up on time.
v Listening aid. Listen to songs, I know this might weird but listening to various kind of voices will help you. How? This will give to idea how to modify your voice according a song.
v Scarf it. Never forget to carry a scarf where ever you travel. Keep your voice warm when the temperature around is cold. Wear a scarf around your neck and cover your ears, this will keep your voice warm and this will help you to sing.
v Speak soft. If you shout too much or talk loudly, you don’t even know how much harm you are doing to your voice. Change this habit now. This habit is straining your vocal cords a lot and you might lose your voice forever.
