First they changed the old membrane that was causing all the moisture (hence the blister) then they fixed new boards, ventilation, gutters and eventually the new white clay shingles.

They finished the work even before the mentioned time. And we didn’t have to clean up much after the service, that was very out of character for roofer, to be this clean and cautious. They requested if I could pay them in cash, which I did. After a week, the owner of the firm called to ask about the roof and how it was holding up. I told him everything seemed fine, he asked if I would like to schedule a follow up inspection for my roof repair in Manhattan Beach, I was reluctant to say yes as I thought it may cost me additional money, he understood my concern and told me there were no charges for it. It was just something he did to maintain a great level of customer satisfaction and credibility for his business. We scheduled a visit after two months, and he showed up on exact date and time.
