NativeFolder^TM is a bacterial culture medium specially formulated to promote the folding and the expression of soluble recombinant  proteins in E. coli. NativeFolder^TM contains proprietary compounds that prevent protein aggregation and misfolding during protein expression. Don’t waste your time experimenting with the renaturation of inclusion bodies. Use NativeFolder^TM and express your correctly folded target protein in the soluble fraction. Simply add water to the provided mix, autoclave and filter sterilize. Recombinant proteins of up to 110 kDa were successfully expressed as soluble fractions using NativeFolder^TM.
