Hot Water Extraction

While Heaven's Best's chief primary cleaning method is our low moisture process we also offer a cleaning method called hot water extraction. This method is frequently called "steam" cleaning due to the fine spray of water used to force dirt out of the carpet which is sucked up by the vacuum slot immediately in front of the spray. No actual steam is involved in the hot water extraction cleaning process, apart from steam that may escape incidentally from the hot water.

Hot water extraction forces a hot water based cleaning solution into the carpet under high pressure and recovering the water and soil with a powerful vacuum into a holding tank. This can be done from a truck-mounted unit outside the home with only the hose and floor tool brought inside, or by a portable system brought into the home or office. Heaven's Best has access to a truck mounted system and we always carry a portable hot water extraction system on board our trucks.

In those cases where the carpet is extremely soiled and dingy we offer our "Dual Method". This is a combination of using hot water extraction in conjunction with our low moisture system.
