Heart and Sol Yoga and Healing Arts is a sweet studio that is open to everyone no matter their age, size, or flexibility. The studio is an intimate space and our classes are small enabling each student to receive full attention of the instructor. 

Thai Yoga Therapy comes to us from different branches of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Buddhist spiritual practice. It is a healing system that works the energy in the body and enables it to release tension, find balance, and be in harmony. It is an old healing modality that helps in creating overall health and wellness. In a session, we will discuss any problem areas and work on them as well as using breath work to rid any tension. Thai Yoga Therapy can be detoxifying and it is advised that the receiver drink lots of fluid for the next 24 hours after receiving a massage.
