Attic Insulation & Home Weatherization

One of the most efficient ways to save energy is to have your attic retro fitted with insulation. Insulation levels are specified by R-Value. R-Value is a measure of insulation’s ability to resist heat traveling through it. The higher the R-Value, the better the thermal performance of the insulation. Take a look at this link:

As we enter your attic we insure that there is sufficient ventilation to minimize mold and to make sure your gas appliances are properly vented. We insure there is no exposed wiring and repair wiring if needed. Then we prep the area and blow in Owens Corning Fiberglass insulation. We insulate our homes to a minimum of R-30 and can do more if requested.
