I have served the Camarillo community for over 30 years as a lawyer specializing in business litigation, corporations, partnerships, probate, estate planning, trust and administration and general civil law.
After graduating from Loyola University School of Law in 1974, I received an undergraduate degree in Economics from California State University at Fresno and a Masters degree in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.
A U.S. Army Vietnam veteran. In my professional life, I served as judge pro-tem and arbitrator in Ventura County Courts and am a member of the State Bar of California and the Business Law, Employment and Trusts and Estates Sections.

Assisted the seller of a local business in a multi-million dollar sale of operating assets to a large national corporation. Work consisted of advice, drafting and review of the Asset Purchase Agreement, employment agreements, non-competition/non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, specialized manufacturing agreements, leases and sub-leases, estoppel certificates, equipment leases and other transactional documents necessary to the transaction.
Assisted the borrower/builder of a multi-million dollar commercial building in arranging construction and take-out financing from an insurance company lender.
Drafted transactional documents for a wide range of business transactions including employment contracts, lease agreements, license agreements, purchase agreements, business sales and acquisitions and business counseling.

Complex business litigation involving contract disputes, business fraud, accountings, dissolution of business, unfair business practices, etc. Clients may be plaintiffs or defendants.
Representation of parties in mediations, arbitrations and in civil court actions in a wide range of business disputes.

Formation of corporations, LLC's, partnerships, etc. and preparation of annual minutes and other compliance documents for corporations.

Trusts and Wills
Prepared hundreds of estate plans, trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney.
Extensive involvement in post-death trust administration and/or probate.
