Welcome to the site of the Law Office of James M. Urtis, a Plaintiff’s injury litigation firm. Our concentration is on injuries – injuries that occur in the workplace, on someone’s premises, in or as a result of a motor vehicle collision, or as a result of medical negligence. We have been prosecuting such claims for approximately 20 years and have amassed a handsome portfolio of accomplishments.
Injury litigation is a sophisticated area of litigation which requires familiarity with medicine – understanding the nature and extent of an injury, understanding disability, disfigurement, pain and suffering.
