The Bistro Garden is the third restaurant in the Bistro and Bistro Garden historythe first two being among the most famous restaurants in the history of Beverly Hills from the 1960s until the late 1980s.
In 1990, Carolyn Niklas Pappas and her husband Gregory opened The Bistro Garden in Studio City. Described by Zagat as a classic with a beautiful garden like setting", the Bistro Garden is modeled after a European Wintergarden with 30 foot ceilings, glass latticework and expansive skylights.
Known for its California style Continental cuisine, famous Bistro Garden Chocolate Souffl, excellent service, beautiful surroundings and as a leading wedding and private and corporate venue, location, the Bistro Garden has also been used as a location for numerous television and movie shoots.
The Bistro Garden @ Coldwater is offering its famous souffls (Chocolate, Pumpkin or Harlequin) for take-out during the Holiday season.
They are available frozen in 4oz aluminum ramekins that can go right into the oven (see below).
To serve, these aluminum ramekins fit unto most ceramic ramekins.
Cooking instructions: Cook in a conventional oven at 375 degrees for 17 minutes or until browned on top.
Cooking times may vary depending upon the individual stove so the souffls should be watched while cooking.
The souffls are $6 per piece.
