The most celebrated of this equipment is the Universal Reformer. This unique apparatus utilizes spring controlled resistance.

ichael Levy Workout is under the direction of certified trainer Michael Levy. The studio offers private, semi-private, group, in-home and office sessions all taught by certified instructors in The Pilates Method of Exercise.
The Michael Levy Workout is an anatomically sound approach specializing in Post-Rehab fitness. The emphasis is on physical placement, alignment and a mind/body connection.
Michael is excited to finally be combining his talents in the areas of dance, exercise, teaching and weight loss into one technique which is suitable for those in top shape or beginners.
ichael Levy has a M.F.A. in dance from Arizona State University and has a B.F.A. in dance from Ohio University. His teachers have been Gladys Bailin, Betty Walberg, Daniel Nagrin, Lynn Simonson and Romana Kryzanowska to name a few. His versatility as a performer, teacher and choreographer include the fields of night club, television, musical theatre and concert dance.
Michael has over 18 years of experience as a Pilates Teacher and is a Certified Pilates Instructor through Romana's PilatesTM. He is a protégé of Romana Kryzanowska, who is a direct disciple of Joseph Pilates. Michael is proud to be one of a select group of Pilates instructors from around the world, handpicked by Romana Kryzanowska, to offer the Romana's Pilates Instructor Training CoursesTM at his studio. He was also a popular counselor and teacher for the Jenny Craig Weight Loss Company® for several years.
As group mat classes are taught at an open level, it is recommended that participants be in good health with no special needs and have some previous exercise experience. Classes are approximately 45 minutes. No appointment is necessary for our Group Mat Classes.
