About the Chinese Shao-Lin Center Los Angeles
The Chinese Shao-Lin Center Los Angeles is the only school in the Los Angeles area certified by Shao-Lin Grandmaster Sin Kwang The’ to teach traditional Shao-Lin Kung Fu – the REAL forms from the temples of ancient China for health, meditation, physical conditioning, overall fitness, and self defense! We are part of a network of Chinese Shao-Lin Centers that span across the United States and reach as far as Ireland.
Our school provides authentic and effective training essential for longevity, health, and martial arts skill. There is no equivalent and embarking on this journey can be the most rewarding and exciting venture of your life!

Sifu Dean Ash is our Head Instructor. He began his Shao-Lin Kung Fu training in 1995 under Elder Masters Sharon and David Soard, started teaching in 2001, and has attained the rank of 3rd degree black belt. Sifu Dean teaches all classes at our school and focuses on his students’ individual growth and achievement.
