Le Petit Vendome & Brunoise Catering has come together to present Gourmet Picnic in a box, great for Hollywood Bowl, Descanso Garden, Rose Bowl Summer Concert. Please place orders 24 hours in advance prior to day of pick up. Starters: House made assorted chips with various spices or Marinated olives with fine herbs or Assorted dips with pita chips (Guacamole, Garlic hummus, Spinach & artichoke). Appetizers: Shrimp spring rolls with tangerine dipping sauce or Israeli couscous with dried fruit and basil or Thai noodles with stir fry vegetables and chili hoisen sauce. Entrees: Chilled poached salmon with lemon and fennel or Oven roasted chicken with house make BBQ sauce or Vegetable chop suey with farmer's market vegetable and soy vinaigrette or Assorted tea sandwiches (Chicken Curry, Tuna basil, Turkey apricot, Ham brie, Smoked salmon dill). Desert: Assorted cookies (Coconut-pistacio, Double chocolate chip, Cranberry-oatmeal, Lemon-ginger).
