Foreclosure appraisals. Appraiser has more than 20 years of appraisal experience in appraisals for foreclosure, preforeclosure, REO, distress condition properties. Provides appraisals for pre foreclosure, post foreclosure, Short Sales, distress property conditions. Appraiser has a thorough understanding of the issues regarding appraising properties in short sale and foreclosure. Cost to cure, "as is", "as repaired" and "quick sale" concepts. In addition to doing foreclosure and short sale related appraisals appraiser also teaches a class on foreclosure appraising.
Expert Witness & Litigation appraisals. Appraiser is Expert Witness qualified in three counties and the Federal court in Sacramento. Does general litigation appraisal related to residential use properties.

Barry R. Cleverdon also is a qualified AQB Certified USPAP instructor. Teaches OREA approved appraisal courses. These courses are designed for licensing hours for Basic Education and Continuing Education. Can be used for preparing for appraiser license test and for development of the skills of the appraiser. Particularly important for the developing appraiser to expand their skills and knowledge.
