Fair Oaks Therapeuticum is a private psycho-somatic clinic in Fair Oaks, California.
We serve patients who seek an integrative treatment approach and patients with chronic conditions who have found traditional therapeutic interventions ineffective or unsatisfactory. Whenever possible, we strive to offer non-medication-based treatments that have proven effective for specific disorders.
A psycho-somatic clinic recognizes that psychological problems and mental health struggles affect both a person’s emotional soul life and a person’s physical responses. Bodily functions, rhythms and patterns are deeply impacted. Sleep, appetite, sexuality, immune responses, pain thresholds and neurological functions change and can have detrimental effects on personal well-being.
Fair Oaks Therapeuticum addresses both psychological and physiological aspects of a patient’s condition through an integrative approach that combines the most effective interventions from psychotherapy with those from nutritional, movement, music and occupational therapies and meditative practices.
