Garages are our specialty and we can do it for less. We have many garage packages to choose from so please call us today to look at all our choices. California Precut has been making granny feel at home since 1976. For the right price we can make a safe comfortable building for your granny that will add value to your home. Check out the few selected finished pictures that we have completed in our photo gallery below.

Adding more room to your property is easy with our addition packages. As a rule if the size of the project is over 500 square feet in area we are great. Generally with four workers all the walls should be in place in one to two hours. The trusses add another two hours, these time lines are based on the 500 square feet. So twice the size equals twice the time.
