Even though A & W Care Homes blends into a normal residential neighborhood, it has been designed as a facility to care for the aged, ambulatory and non-ambulatory adults. We understand the special needs of people in this situation. By properly responding to those needs in a calm and loving manner, we reduce the anxiety of everyday living and create an atmosphere of love and healing.
A Therapeutic Environment
Residents can take full advantage of our lovely surroundings, enjoying our easy and open walking areas, gardens, comfortable decks and sitting areas. Sliding door in each residents room provides easy access to their own patio. Handicap ramps and walkways are available for easy access. Our homelike surrounding offers you a safe, comfortable and enjoyable home to live in. When our residents experience the right mix of free time and structured activity, life for them becomes more fulfilling. For this reason, our patient and loving care is complimented with activities including crafts, games and exercises designed with the needs for each resident in mind.

The staff at A & W Care Homes are specially trained and dedicated to helping elderly people maintain their highest levels of dignity and self-esteem. In everything we do, one question is always in our minds: "How do we make life comfortable, safe and enjoyable for those whose care has been entrusted to us?"

Our residents find great therapeutic value in the friendship and care they provide for each other and their home. Serving 6 residents in each home, we have all the resources necessary for exceptional care, yet small enough to encourage family relationship between residents and staff alike. In addition we encourage our resident's loved ones to visit as often as they like.
