HighCom Security Services was founded in 1997 by former military and government security personnel who engaged in counter-terror operations during their careers in special military units and government security agencies. Their goal was to make the same quality of security services available to the private sector.

HighCom announces 2 new surveillance detection courses to be conducted in September.

HighCom Security Services announced that registration has begun for an upcoming level 1 surveillance detection course, followed by a level 2 course. The courses will be conducted in Oakland and San Francisco in September 2010. Both courses are high level, high intensity, field oriented courses that are designed for security professionals.
