The Law Office of Lawrence D. Miller has represented law firms, banks, individuals, and large and small businesses in collection litigation in California State and Bankruptcy Courts for over 25 years.
The goal of our office is to aggressively assert and protect our client’s rights on claims concerning contracts, accounts receivable, loan recovery, judgment execution, creditor’s bankruptcy rights, child and spousal support orders and other debts. We utilize pre-judgment writs of attachment, writs of possession, judgment debtor examinations, garnishments, liens, levies, real and personal property sales, and all other appropriate methods of execution to satisfy our client’s claims.
