There is no charge for an initial consultation so that you can determine whether my services are appropriate for your organization. I am also available for evening and weekend appointments, including presentations to your boards of directors.

While charitable giving is usually an important part of an estate plan, my practice is oriented more generally toward the issues facing nonprofit organizations rather than their contributors.

Articles on Health Care and Powers of Attorney are included because every person needs to be aware of the need for advance planning in this area (no matter what his or her interest in nonprofits might be).
