When my grandfather and father established Elliott and Elliott Company in 1918, they set forth a philosophy of business grounded in high standards and "old world" values: honesty, integrity, pride of workmanship and personal service. They knew that reputations are fragile, and that the trust and confidence of consumers must be earned and re-earned every day.
The values upon which Elliott and Elliott Company was founded have now passed through five generations, and we have every intention of passing them down through generations yet to come. They are the cornerstone of a proud family tradition, the source of our inspiration and the reason for our success.
My grandfather once told me, "There is no greater satisfaction than customer satisfaction." Every time the child, grandchild, or great-grandchild of a past customer becomes a new customer - and this has happened many, many times - we are reminded of this simple truth...and we rededicate ourselves to it.
