Beisser Engineering Consultants has been providing innovative consulting mechanical engineering services to a wide range of clients throughout the Southern California area from our Santa Barbara office since 1986. The majority of our projects are educational, medical, and institutional buildings, although we also enjoy working on commercial and industrial projects.

Meeting our client's needs and objectives is our primary goal. We also strive to design efficient and sustainable mechanical systems for the built environment using available advanced technology in heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing and utilities, which will be energy efficient, create quality indoor enviroments and provide stewardship of natural environments.

As a result of our experience in renovations, we have innovative designs for replacement, retrofit, upgrade and expansion of engineering and energy systems.

Our services include studies, design, and construction supervision for commercial, manufacturing, industrial, hospital and institutional building HVAC, plumbing and utilities sytems.

We have over 20 years experience with OSHPD and DSA. We do CEC Title 24 Energy Compliance and ASHRAE 90.1-2004 LEED Compliance calculations, along with HVAC simulations and life-cycle cost analysis, in our office. We can provide environmentally sustainable designs and energy saving designs. Our company philosophy is to raise our client's awareness of the long term financial effects of current project choices. Engineering is definitely win-win for all concerned.
