When the local Motel 6 asked Monji to design attractive, no nonsense landscaping for their new location, the job blossomed into 120 other Motel 6 properties. Other commercial clients include Marie Callendars restaurants, the Shell/Texaco refineries, Double Tree Hotel, McDonalds and many Chevron service stations.

Monji is the exclusive landscape designer for Coleman Homes models. When Coleman Homes began building in Las Vegas, Monji was retained to design home and streetscapes there. Once his work was seen by other Las Vegas builders, Monji was hired to work on other developments in this booming city.
