Here at the Law Office of Marlene G. Weinstein, I provide a bankruptcy law practice focusing on the representation of debtors, creditors, and bankruptcy trustees in business and consumer bankruptcy cases. Special emphasis on bankruptcy cases involving family law and tax issues as well as the potential effect of bankruptcy and debt issues on marital settlement agreements.
On October 17, 2005, changes to the bankruptcy code became effective. Under the provisions of the new law, I am a debt relief agency. It is my intention to continue to help you file for protection under the bankruptcy code.
