The Founders of Family Home Care have over 24 years of leadership experience providing non-medical in-home care services. We are a team of Home Care Professionals driven to provide the highest quality of care possible.

In Arizona and California, their is no governmental oversight or regulation for the non-medical home care industry. It really is the "Wild West of Home Care." Consequently, non-medical home care services are delivered in both States with a wide range of business ethics and services standards. That is why the owner of Family Home Care, Don Irish, is one of the Founders of the non-profit Arizona Non-Medical Home Care Association. He also serves as this Association's current Executive Director. This Association stands for a strict code of business ethics and standards in the delivery of home care services. The Association has the same principals and values as Family Home Care in that we both advocate consumer information, rights and protection, business ethics, and quality services. Don Irish, President, serves on the Arizona Non-Medical Home Care Licensure Coalition Coordinating Committee and also serves as the Chairperson of their Legislative Committee charged with writing a licensure bill for the home care industry in Arizona.
