Dear Friend, I would like to personally thank you on behalf of my family and staff for your interest, in our facility. I hope that your visit with us was pleasant and that all of your questions were answered.
MOUND GUEST HOME has proudly served the elderly since 1957. In 1957 my grandmother purchased the old Victorian house that is the center of our facility to care for her mother. Since then three generations of our family have cared for elderly residents.
Just a few of the things that I feel are unique to MOUND GUEST HOME are:
1.That VISITING HOURS are whenever you come to visit.
2.You may bring and use your own room furnishings.
3.You are the BOSS, I'm working for you to provide the best possible care for your family member.
I have placed in this package a number of items that I hope will aid you in this selection of a Residential Care Home for your family member.
The most important thing is that you select a facility that will meet the resident's and the family's needs. My commitment to you is to assist you with that selection, regardless of whether you select our facility or another. Please feel free to ask me any questions that will assist you with this difficult and confusing process.
