Technicon Engineering Services, Inc. is a full-service consulting firm, providing geotechnical and environmental engineering services, along with construction testing and inspection, including soil, concrete and steel. We maintain offices, laboratory facilities and personnel at our three locations, in Fresno, Merced and Visalia.

Kent Baucher of Technicon Engineering Services, Inc. has received certification by the Steel Tank Institute (STI) to perform inspections on aboveground tanks and tank systems, including shop-fabricated aboveground tanks, portable containers and field-erected tanks. Baucher is the only STI-certified inspector in Fresno and the surrounding Central Valley area, and one of only 40 in the State.
