Kids Power Hour Kick Boxing and Fitness Program for Kids in the South Bay
A program geared for children aged 5-12 years. This program teaches kids the fundamentals of Kickboxing, along with exposing to other martial arts training to improve fitness and promote better health. In this fitness cclass, kids will learn self-defense, taught with an attitude of self-restraint.
