The marché aux fleurs is the farmers' market in the south of France. We have taken this name for our restaurant because we base our cuisine on the seasons or the cuisine du marché. Our produce is locally farmed at the peak of ripeness, our seafood is all wild and fresh, our meats are free-range. The selections are comprised of only the freshest seasonal ingredients available. The flavors are clean and expressive.
Our philosophy has two purposes: The first is to offer the best products available. The second is to support local family-run operations. These visions extend to the wine list as well. All of our wines come from small, family run
wineries crafting special wines which reflect their individual regions. We are proud to say that our wine list has been recognized by Wine Spectator with an Award of Excellence. We hope you will join us in this celebration of food and wine.
