Welcome to Mountain Aire

Here at Mountain Aire we specialize in heating and air conditioning service and installation, solar systems and PV solar systems, radiant floor heating, geothermal heat pumps, duct cleaning, and custom sheet metal. We also do preventative maintenance agreements. With friendly service and customer satisfaction in mind, we are happy to answer any questions you may have. The owner, boss, and head of the installation crews is Steve Bates. Steve has owned and operated Mountain Aire Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. for 30 years. He runs the installation crews, and with the help of Dennis Chester, they can work with you to design your ideal and most efficient heating or air conditioning unit for your home or office.
Whenever there is a problem with your heating or air conditioning unit, the Mountain Aire Service Department is the place to call. Our service manager, John Reed, is the guy to talk to when you have a problem. John will work with you to get to the bottom of your problem, and send out a service technician to take care of it for you. Mountain Aire has a friendly and helpful service department with over 100 years of combined experience.
Mountain Aire Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. also specializes in custom sheet metal fabrication. Our sheet metal fabricator works with copper, galvanized, and stainless steel. He also does lead flashings. You can come to Mountain Aire for any of your sheet metal needs; we will be happy to help.
Mountain Aire has been offering duct cleaning for a few years now. This is a full air system decontamination. Our technicians will thoroughly clean the FAU (forced air unit) and the coil. Then they clean all ducts connected to the system and fully sanitize all cleaned ducts. To clean the ducts, they uses a Turbo Jet 3200 (which is like a giant vacuum and other various tools).
