STEVE NILES, DOUG TENNAPEL, and TOMMY KOVAC - JULY 14th!

Yep, on July 14, it's our Pre-San Diego Comic Con Extravaganza, featuring 3 excellent creators:

Steve Niles, creator of 30 Days of Night and Cal McDonald, will be in to sign copies of his 30 Days of Night / X-Files crossover book! This miniseries is a spectacular blending of two worlds that were meant for each other - Mulder and Scully and VAMPIRES! So cool.

Doug TenNapel, creator of Earthworm Jim, Catscratch (Nickelodeon), and many other fun things you've seen on TV is also a very gifted graphic novelist. His newest is called "Ghostopolis", and it's already been picked up to become a major motion picture from Disney, starring Hugh Jackman!

Tommy Kovac, creator of Skelebunnies, Stitch, and Autumn, fresh from Wonderland, and his current project is The Royal Historian of Oz - Tommy's a very talented guy!

Please come in, meet these great creators, and get an autograph, or a sketch, or just chat with them and hear their stories about life as a comic book creator - it's all happening from 6 - 8pm on Wednesday, July 14, so don't miss it!

Legendary IRON MAN Artist, BOB LAYTON joins us on Thursday, JUNE 3 for a rare in-store autograph appearance! Come and meet Bob, get your Iron Man comics signed, and maybe commission a sketch - Bob will do a headshot for $50 and a full body sketch for $100! Bob Layton has been called the "definitive Iron Man artist" by Wizard and others, and is responsible for some of the most iconic images in Iron Man's long and illustrious history ("Demon in a Bottle" ring any bells?)
Bob will appear in support of his new Marvel Mini-Series: Hercules: Twilight of a God (you may not know this, but Bob has also done some beautiful work on Hercules in the past) which comes out on JUNE 3!
