In general our territory includes western Nevada and parts of Placer and Sacramento Counties.

Mountain Valley Property Management, Inc. is a full service management firm dedicated to giving our owners the best possible management service for their investments. Our service can be tailored to best meet the needs for individual owners. We can hire contractors for repairs on your rental house and ensure the work gets done properly. Larger apartments require managing on-site managers and maintenance personnel, preparation of budgets and reports. We will work within those budgets to the best of our ability but not everything can be foreseen. Even though we do all the work, you as the owner can have as much say in the management as you desire, particularly approving prospective tenants and planning major improvements/expenses.

As a full service property management firm we specialize in the management of real estate. We do not represent buyers or sellers looking to buy or sell real estate. We have someone to answer the telephone for you during the day and on call staff for off hours emergencies.
