All that is good begins with a SMILE and a COMFORTABLE BITE.
YOU CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL OF TREATMENT! Our office staff has the training and high tech equipment to give you that perfect bite and beautiful smile, but what happens if that is not what you are looking for?
YOU CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL OF DENTAL CARE. You decide which level is appropriate for you.
1) Function Well and Look Your Best. You want it all: the latest materials, the perfect bite, and the perfect smile. Dr. Turner and his staff have selected this approach for their own dental care. Dr. Turner has been completely restored twice -- once in 1988 from silver/mercury fillings to gold and once in 1996 from gold to high tech porcelains. His reasoning: "I want to look good and feel good about the level of my dental health. In the remote places where I travel, I don't want any dental surprises (I've seen Third-world dentistry)". The staff agrees with this approach, and most of our long-time patients eventually choose this level of treatment.
2) Complete Care. You want long-term solutions and know that the long-term solutions treat the causes of the disease as well as the effects. Patients who have just been to a "retirement strategies seminar" often choose this level of care. With new-found knowledge, they are looking for rest-of-life solutions. One might ask, "Why wait until retirement?"
3) Immediate Care ("holding pattern"). You want a thorough examination and want to take an active part in considering and planning preventive treatment but still choose short term solutions (sometimes out of necessity). The chosen treatment is never the final restoration, but this approach will still usually leave open the option of later long-term (ideal) solutions.
4) Urgent Care. You are new to the area and have emergency needs through no fault of your own. We are happy to help any one such emergency before creating a "new patient" relationship that fits into one of the above three categories. We pride ourselves in providing comprehensive preventive care.
