In 1969, Bill Bell began his pool business with a few service accounts and a vision. He recognized and filled a growing need in the community that has now expanded into one of the most reliable and honest pool companies in Northern California.
After a few years and the addition of more employees he started the construction division of Care Free Pools, building only a couple of small pools in his first year. Small jobs soon turned into larger jobs, such as custom-designed inground gunite pools, spas, ponds and rock waterfalls.
