Our intent as a firm is to create good design; that is, to create spaces and structures which exhibit a timeless quality. We design environments that are inviting regardless of typology and locale. It is our contention that the vitality and beauty of the built environment play a crucial role in creating a productive and healthy community and, as design professionals, we must assume responsibility for this role.
Since our inception in 1980, the firms portfolio of work has included educational facilities, mixed-use urban residential developments, convention and public assembly facilities, luxury hotels and waterfront resorts, and industrial/R&D developments. These buildings and spaces are innovative while being cost effective and within prescribed construction schedules.
The principals of Martinez + Cutri possess extensive and diverse experience in project design, management and implementation. They have provided design services for public agencies, municipalities, corporations, and private entities in the United States as well as in Latin America.
