Our comprehensive eye care practice specializes in refractive and lens implant surgery. We offer a wide range of procedures, including RESTOR, REZOOM and CRYSTALENS® implant surgery, CK (conductive keratoplasty) for presbyopia, custom all-laser LASIK, conventional cataract surgery, and ECP (endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation) laser treatment for glaucoma.
Dr. Cook and our expert staff offer personalized attention that will let you know that your concerns and wishes have been heard. Board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Cook provides one-on-one consultations with every patient prior to surgery or LASIK.
