These people were horrible. When my father passed away they held up his money and wouldn't give us a time line for paying it out to us. They made it extremely difficult to deal with any of his debt and really just made everything more stressful for us
I would never use this company and would recommend transferring your money if you are.
I'm not sure what their internal policies are but I thought they might have one that includes stalling on payment as long as possible so they can continue to collect money for managing the funds. I hope this isn't the case
