Breast augmentation can be used to increase the size of small breasts, or in cases of lost breast volume or "droopiness" that occurs after breast-feeding or weight loss. During a breast augmentation consultation we are able to help patients determine weather saline or silicone implants would be better for them, as well as which incision and implant location would work best for their body type and lifestyle. The implants used by Dr. Struck are generally smooth because textured implants can cause rippling of the skin. To provide an ideal result, this procedure can be combined with a breast lift in some patients with significant "drooping".
Liposuction can remove localized fat deposits from almost any area of the body. Dr. Struck uses an "ultrasonic" technique, during which sound waves liquefy fat cells before liposuction begins. This allows the elimination of more tissue, especially in difficult to treat areas such as "love handles" and the upper abdomen. Ultrasound breaks up fibrous tissue in the fat, and gives smoother results than with other types of liposuction.
A facelift can be used to treat problem areas around the face such as jowls and hanging skin. The goal is to make you look ten to fifteen years younger without changing your overall appearance. In order to maintain a natural look, Dr. Struck prefers to use endoscopic techniques that limit incision size and visibility.
In a single visit by combining lasers and injectables we are able to deliver a nonsurgical no down time make over that can be squeezed into the busy life of most of our patients. We offer a wide variety of injectibles and lasers that allow us to create a treatment plan unique to each patient.
