Dear valued customers and vendors,
We have sent this letter to many of you to keep you up to date on the status of Marcel et Henri Charcuterie. Although we had hoped and expected to be back in production by the fourth quarter it no longer looks like that will be possible. It has been a very challenging process working with the insurance company and contractors to start rebuilding our factory.
With setbacks and delays of construction we now anticipate production in Spring, 2011. We are continually looking for a temporary location to produce and will do so until the completion of our factory. We appreciate your support and look forward to rekindling our business relationship with you in the future.
