But still we pray to have things
“this way” “that way”, “his way, “her way” “my way!”
Oh, but God’s way is the way when our way is God’s way.
Then we pray to let God be God as our life today.

Dear friends, we will soon be enjoying another Thanksgiving holiday season – a time when we are reminded that gratitude is the most powerful prayer we can pray. It is our demonstration of how aware we are of the generosity of this Universe and of our privilege to be a cherished expression of that generosity and love. To paraphrase Penny Peirce, this Universe so loves Itself that all it can do is Give. This fall season we invite you to join us in making your very first prayer of the day,”Thank God for being God!” Feel how wonderful it is to breathe, to move, to love, and know that all of this is because God is always and forever being God. Thank God for being your life today~
