Frequently asked questions:1. How long will it take for delivery and pick-up?It takes approximately 20-30 minutes for each
delivery, set-up, and pick-up. 45 minutes for rock wall.2. Where is the ideal spot to set up the inflatable unit?The best location for ideal fun is a flat, open, grassy
area with no slopes. Make sure there are no overhanging trees that
can cause damage to the bounce house. A 5 foot
buffer on each side and above is recommended for all inflatable units.
3. What is needed to set up an inflatable unit?For power, a standard 110V household outlet is required.
We provide extension cords for
outlets that may be a distance from the unit (electricity should be
within 50 feet of unit). For the water slides, a standard outside
water faucet is required. A hose is provided if needed
minimum charge for rentals to cover our delivery cost. If you do not
want the unit for four hours, we can pick it up early, but the cost will
be the same. We accept cash on delivery or credit card by phone in
advance. 3% fee will apply.
5. What about deposits, payment and cancellations?We do not require a deposit unless you have reserved more than one
unit. If you must cancel, please call us as soon
as possible so we can make the inflatable unit available another
customer. Once we setup there is no refund. Payment is due at setup.
6. What is the rain or bad weather policy?We reserve the right not to setup if bad weather is pending.

7. What time do you open and close?The office is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm 7 days a week. We start
delivering at 8:00am and stop between 9:00 pm and
8. What if I want to keep my unit past 9:00?You may arrange a later pick up upon request. Anything after 10:00 pm
requires an additional 25.00 late pick-up fee (water slides require a
50.00 cleaning fee if past 8pm).
We do not leave units overnight.
